Nominations are open and will close on September 7th at 8PM PST! Make sure to read the nomination rules[link] before you submit your nominations.

Tagset

You will be able to nominate up to 10 fandoms with up to 15 relationships and/or characters per fandom. You can also nominate up to 10 freeforms. Please only nominate tags you are intending to request/offer. Additionally, before nominating, please double check the tagset to see if what you wanted to nominate is already in there.

Each relationship tag must specify what character(s) you would like portrayed as disabled, if you would like all the characters in the tag portrayed as disabled, or if you would like to leave it up to your creator to choose which character(s) from the tag to portray as disabled. You must format all relationship tags using the guidelines listed in the nomination rules[link].

Relationship and character nominations should all be disambiguated with the fandom name or a recognizable abbreviation in parenthesis (e.g. "Aziraphale & Crowley (GO Book) (Disabled Crowley)"). Make sure the disambiguation is clear and specific and make sure to match the disambiguation to the specific fandom the relationship tag is nominated under, especially if there are multiple fandoms containing your characters (e.g. using "James "Rhodey" Rhodes & Tony Stark (MCU) (Disabled Tony Stark)" instead of "James "Rhodey" Rhodes & Tony Stark (Marvel) (Disabled Tony Stark)" when nominating under "Marvel Cinematic Universe").

You can nominate both & and / relationships along with individual characters. Nominations should be formatted as shown below. For more detailed formatting examples, check out the nomination rules[link].

- Character A & Character B (Fandom) (All Disabled)

Crossover Nomination Formats (under “Crossover Fandom”):
- Character A (Fandom A) & Character B (Fandom B) (Disabled Character B)

- Character A (Fandom A)/Character B (Fandom B) (All Disabled)
- Character A (Fandom A)/Character B (Fandom B)/Character C (Fandom C) (Any Disabled)

Nominated freeforms must be related to the theme of the exchange. Please review the freeform guidelines[link] to see what types of freeforms can be nominated and what prefixes should be used for them.

Incorrectly formatted nominations or freeform nominations unrelated to the theme of the exchange will be rejected. You can re-nominate nominations rejected for formatting reasons after fixing the formatting.

Hi!

Is it allowed to nominated minor characters who weren't named canonically? I would like to nominate Chuck Williams's second guide dog from the movie Atta Girl, Kelly!; she's shown on screen, but she isn't named. Could I nominate "Charles 'Chuck' Williams & His New Guide Dog (Atta Girl, Kelly!)(Disabled Charles 'Chuck' Williams?

Hello! Minor characters that are in canon, but unnamed are allowed to be nominated as long as the name you use to nominate the character is clear to anyone who has consumed the canon. For clarity, something like the following might be a clearer way to describe the character as the current wording could imply requesting a new, original guide dog character instead:

Charles "Chuck" Williams & Chuck’s Second Guide Dog (Atta Girl Kelly!) (Disabled Charles "Chuck" Williams)
